Can I Switch my Account Type?

On our platform, you are able to create Member, Village or Employee accounts. If you have selected the wrong type for yourself, don't worry, we can help.

While we don't currently offer a way to switch from one account type to another, there is a workaround. We can manually disable the account you created so that you can use the same email address to sign up again for the right account type.

Please note that employees will just sign up via their invitation email.
