What if FutureFuel needs more information before submitting my Reassess application?

We want to do all that we can to help you through this process. If we need more information from you before submitting your application, you will receive an email from help@futurefuel.io within 5 business days requesting the information or confirmation you would like your application to be submitted. We may ask for confirmation of details or updated documentation depending on the issue that arises. 

Don't worry though, we will not submit your application until the details we are need are confirmed or additional documentation requested has been provided for submission. We will do everything we can to make sure the process is seamless and one-time.
